At That time we will post all the photos with a number for each one on our web site. The public will vote the winner. How the voting works: Each vote will be made to the same email address above stating the persons name who is voting and the photo they are voting for. Only one vote per email address. So you need to get your friends and family members to vote for your photo! No employees of FRANK AND PEGS are eligible no matter how cute their pet is. (sorry guys) Voting will end April 30th 2007 at midnight. Winners will be announced next day and can pick up their winning certificate at the store. *Photos must be accompanied by owners name, phone number, and address.
